* ALL prices are NETT and in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Payments to be made through ibanking / bank transfer from POSB/DBS or UOB only. For bank transfer, please take a clear picture of the receipt and clearly show the transaction number, account number, date, time and a hand-written name and email address of yours on the receipt.

* Meet-ups are subject to availability and with additional fees depending on locations.

* Clear all doubts before confirming your order.

* NO refund will be made once the items are purchased. Changes can only be made before the items are sent out.

* We ensure that we check each and every item before it is sent out. In the event of any defect items, it must be made known to us within 24 hours upon receiving.

SingPost SmartPac is a registered parcel for addresses in Singapore only.

* You may wish to add an additional S$2.50 for registered mail (tracking number will be provided) for those items with only FREE SingPost NORMAL Postage.

* Return address will be indicated at the back of the envelope / parcel.

* Snapshot of the envelope / parcel will be provided upon request.

* We will NOT be responsible for any loss / damaged items through normal mailing by SingPost.
